A dotted 16th followed by a regular 16th = 5/32nd notes as your rhythmic unit. Unlikely. This is clearly either compound or triplet based. Try subdividing into triplets. Then try subdividing into the quintuplets your're suggesting.

@dwarfie93 well, for one, in a triplet pattern, each triplet has the same rhythmic value. In a dotted pattern, the first note will be longer than the second (at least in this case, where it is a dotted 16th leading to a regular 16th note)
