  • @expresswayjess According to the Mn/DOT website, there are no plans to expand 610 all the way to 94 (at least not yet). Obviously, they need money in order to be able to finish the project off. Of course, the state has their minds too focused on a stadium bill with a team that can't win at home OR on the road. Go figure.
