Mr. Afsan, I get the feeling that the global North is co-opting the Climate Change discourse, jargonising and framing it in way that the focus is shifted from their responsibility to mitigate to the South's 'pressing need of adaptation.' Despite being the perpetrator, it is the Northern countries, their universities and a CC regime formed of them that is shaping the agenda for debates and funding. Climate Change used to be called Greenhouse Effect, and then Global Warming. They change the name when the propaganda shock value wears off.

The cabal theory has been largely discredited. It's either not happening anymore, as it most closely relates to natural cycles of the sun, and we are in a solar minimum, or it was rather minor, or not even caused by human activities. Historically, warmer periods have been good for humans and prosperity
