.......What you are seeing is actually to videos of the same techinque......just one is from further away, so that one image nests in the other. Looking at it here, I"m going to recut it so that the subtle white underneath is not so subtle. I loved how organic it looks like and a I also liked putting the rose and pink colors (that are slightly clashing) against each other.

No, Alia, I used to pieces of film footage for this.........both were shooting a light through a kind of globular plastic magnifying 'glass'. It's base was square but shooting the light through it made the image bifurcate (and quadrafurcate.......ouch, is that really a word?). I then used inverse imagery, blurring and chroma keying to make the light appear black.

sometimes a limitation (her sleep?) creates interesting and unexpected results...

The video was very interesting, was it an actual rose? All the pink and close breathy sounds ends up being mildly erotic, but maybe that's just me.
Could I.. possibly request something sort of.. gothy techno-y? Just as a thought flung your way. Y'know.... WITH ORANGE PLASTIC nonono.. ha ha. xD I'm still running on the high from your show, I'd love to see your performance again.
