i Think this is because they want to finish the 6th movie and jump directly to the 7th so they don't have to clean up and prepair the set all over again. I was kind of disappointed. I am a real fan. the Books are better because the movie cuts a lot of the cool and interesting parts (I know they have to because the book is too long but still!!!) But the movie is still cool because you get to comepair what you read to what you are watching for me it isn't that different except for the part cutting

I'm predicting something that's going to happen in the future. Yes, I see thousands of angry fans marching up to WB headquarters with torches and pitchforks, chanting "KILL ALAN HORN, KILL ALAN HORN."
But that won't really happen, yet. The best we can do now is write a truckload of hate mail to WB and protest outside their offices.

honestly and i knows its impossible to do but it would be really cool if they had split every book into 2 movies b/c they left everything out of the goblet of fire and the order of the phoenix and the prisoner of azkaban so ya that woulda been really cool btu im glad they are making the 7th one into 2 its kinda funny i watched an interview on i9t and the guy said that b/c its such a long book 759 pgs but the funny thing is that order of the phoenix is 840 pgs so i ya i thought that was funny

i Think this is because they want to finish the 6th movie and jump directly to the 7th so they don't have to clean up and prepair the set all over again. I was kind of disappointed. I am a real fan. the Books are better because the movie cuts a lot of the cool and interesting parts (I know they have to because the book is too long but still!!!) But the movie is still cool because you get to comepair what you read to what you are watching for me it isn't that different except for the part cutting

i think it's perfectly fine that they moved it. i love harry potter, but it would have to compete with twilight if it stayed at the november date. also, about the writer's strike, if the strike had not happened, any movie that would've been made at that time would've been released around july which is why they moved it to there. personally, half blood prince was my least favorite book. also, this means that half blood prince and deathly hallows part 1 are released within 6 months of each other.

I know, that's quite pathetic of me, but whatever, that's my life, I guess. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan (and proud of it!) and I thought it was too long to wait till November. But NO. Now it's not going to be out until SCHOOL is out. Later than when school is out. Grrr =/
Oh well, I guess I'll just watch the first 5 and read all the books over and over till then...but still. Dissapointment. Very very very mad at Warner Bros. Stupid.

the movie is already finished. Warner Brothers just know they can make more money off of the film if they release it in the summer time when more people are free to go and watch it whenever not just weekends. They can release it on time if they wanted to..

WB thinks that they will make more money making the movie Premiere in the summer than in the fall. And i dont think theres a fucking difference! People will go see Harry Potter regardless the release date.
