Anytime Finlay is here, he gets introduced as from 'Belfast, Northern Ireland'. Sometimes WWE call it Ireland, but clearly it's not. It's NORTHERN Ireland and now they seem to have finally caught on to that.

Yeah he's not actually "Irish" since he was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, not Belfast, Ireland as WWE used to say. Northern Ireland is one of the four countries of the UK.

Anyway... Finlay is awesome, that was a great that they had him sing that. It put a tear to my eye lol

I think you'll find that he is British. As I said earlier he is from (the same place as me) Northern Ireland which is in the U.K.! He can also call himself Northern Irish like how someone from Scotland can call themselves Scottish and British.

Under the terms of the Good Friday Agreement, if you are from Northern Ireland you can call yourself either Irish or British or both if you wish. Finlay has always call himself Irish on TV anyway.
