This is just outright beautiful stuff. Both guys playing tasty, Billy especially.. Hey, its his tune. As said before, Rough Boy just knocked out Jeff way back when -Eliminator/Afterturner.. .Jeff is said to love Billy's playing, Jeff playing simply and great and respectfully, then Billly plays the last chorus with the profound badass inspired simplicity he's known for.in his solos. Both guys have car and hot rod fetish thing going on. Good friends. I hope they can do a record together someday.

I keep watching Beck's solos over and over in this song. I'm a HUGE Beck fan, and I'm just blown-away at how great he does in this song. It's the PERFECT set of solos from him. And don't get me wrong, I love Gibbons (especially 1980-and-back) but to have to stand there next to Beck is asking a bit much for anyone.

when it comes to the Top...I'm a very late bloomer....but I've been playing their greatest hits album for about 7 yrs....and I've been a Jeff Beck fan since I first saw him with Rod Stewart playing the Truth Album songs in Central Park NYC....this collaboration really special to me, since Rough Boy is my absolute favorite ZZ song, too!!!! Bill's tone on the Les sounded a lot like Jeff in that first solo. Jeff is the greatest living guitarist in my book, and Tal, who is his league and has done amazing things with him (search YouTube for "Jeff Beck at Ronnies"). Just listen to BeckOla's guitar sing, it's practically alive.
