@nathan1598 You can get 38mph if you switch sprockets and get a k@n style air filter. Standard speed is around 23-24mph for an adult.

@nathan1598 well mine with nothing done to it around 30-35mph but i got a racing exhaust racing carb racing air filter biger jets lighter parts smaller chain ring and after all that you will get around 60-70mph :) hope this was helpfull :)

i bought an orange orion 50cc mini dirt bike and it was great fun to muck around on but i do not recommend them to people over 12 years old as they only go about 40 mph which isnt to fast at all inless you dont care and also another problem is that the parts are dirt cheap chinese crap which break very easily and if you round up how much you have spent you have probably spent more on the bike than you bought it for.

as i say great fun thing to muck around on but a bit childish.:)

You don't have the slightest understanding of an internal combustion engine. Don't give answers to questions when you have no idea what the solution is.

If it takes like 30 minutes, you're probably running with a badly tuned carburettor, and you flood it by choking too much. The reason why it starts after you work up a sweat, is because the engine gets warmed when you keep pulling that rope.

Try using the choke the first few pulls, without gassing, then switch it off and try another few pulls. If the bike starts up during the choke pulls, and it stops when you release the throttle, turn the choke off and start again.
