I loved the before - too bad it couldn't have just been updated & lightened up a bit to keep the integrity of mid-century design.

@traderb6 Unfortunately, very seldom do we find the houses we work on untouched since their construction. Much of this house had been changed over the years so its "integrity" from a MCM sense was in many ways long gone. From the designer, Matt Harris: " the design goal was to be not only sympathetic to the original design ideas, but also current and respect the client's design sense. While not a slave to the original, it certainly was respectful."

I actually like the "before". It had the mid century modern look.
