God, I miss this man! What a terrific in ring talent. He was one of those rare wrestlers that was just as good on the mic as in the ring, which was PERFECT. I agree that he should have been the heavy weight champ at least a handful of times, and it's a great tragedy that he never did. That makes me despise Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior that much more.

There are so many great wrestlers missing from the Hall of Fame and who have earned it! Macho Man Randy Savage, Jake the Snake Roberts, Ravishing Rick Rude, Yokozuna, Kamala´´James Harris , Dynamite Kid Tom Billington'', or Lex Luger, although I am not a fan of Luger .The Wrestler what I listed were also apparently forgotten why, because some of whom have parted in the bad from the then WWF, but it is a pity.

Curt Hennig...Mr P, was what I loved about wrestling until the 90's. He was a talented athelete & showman, A very funny, genuine and spontaneous man behind the mic. As he got established he got beaten down by more extreme crowd drawers and never got what he deserved. His last matches were an embarrassment to his genuine talent of wrestling

I'm sure he was as perfect as frail humans could be. He loved his family, never declined an autograph at any hour and carried on until the last. RIP Curt

@Ellthom Warrior may never get in, he was the most unreliable wrestler and not very highly thought of by his peers. He was a huge star for only a short time. and could do nothing with it / couldn't handle it when he was put in the top position. He was also reckless in the ring and hurt more than a few of the other wrestlers. Some of the guy's in there may ask to be taken out if his name is put beside theirs. it would be an insult to them

Real shame he didn't hold the title for a while.

The acting in wrestling today is so horrendous, over-done and distracting I won't even watch Wrestlemanias anymore and while the 80's and 90's weren't perfect, no pun intended, guys like Curt really seemed to enjoy their characters and were far more entertaining and humorous than the B-grade soap-opera the WWE has now become.

I miss the days when wrestlers and character were fun, not the "serious business"of this generation.
