Dude, finally someone put them up on you tube. I first heard them a year ago on satalite radio, and got hooked. I play them in the car with people who hate my black metal and they can't deny this band is something very lagit and strong. I can't wait till I get a chance to see them live. They don't overly prduce thier work and it all flows so well. It's good to hear something new I can get behind.

But at least the band as a whole, musically, is helluva more superior than the most recent releases from bands like In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Arch Enemy etc. Not slagging them off, but Satariel has its own sound at least, and has yet to run out of ideas.

It's far from black metal. The first album wasn't even that black, more blackened death metal. Their demos however, are as black as you can get (Thy Heaven's Fall for instance). But still, I agree, Satariel is something special, and by far one of the best vocalwork in the genre that is melodic death metal. Pär can do anything it seems.

Nah I don't think it sounds too corny. Yes it's not my favorite song. My Favorite has to be coffin gate ways off of fobos and deimos, but I still don't see this song lacking much. not every song is going to be a perfect hit. I'd choose to support the band for the entire catalog not just one song.I'm sure the release is being stalled because of funds. I know alot of great bands like this that have a huge fan base, but corporate wont give a hand.
