It's so stupid that most of the comments are related to resolution and technology while pushing this magnificent piece of work in the background.

As a filmmaker myself, i will not get into the whole technical aspect of it; i just wish to compliment this beautiful story and congratulate the authors for making a wonderful animated short. Very moving and emotional piece.

@DrBassdrop Well your completely wrong... Just because YOU or most people havent got a 4k screen doesnt mean any resolution above 1080p is USELESS....

I am one of the 1000's (beleive it or not) lucky enough to afford a 4K screen and it is insane.... So having 4k res material to watch on it is CERTAINLY NOT USELESS!!!!! Its fucking mental.

Also you are forgetting 1440p and 1600p which are very popular on PC's.... Do you live under a rock?

As of the date that I am posting this comment, any resolution above 1920x1080 is completely useless and a waste of resources because no average PC monitor can display a resolution higher than 1920x1080, not even 1921x1081.

@DrBassdrop uhum... i have a screen of 1920x1200 so i can see 1920x1200-1920x1080=2304000-20­73600=230400 pixels more then your so called maximum resolution. also most 30" screens can support 2560x1600 pixels thats +-1.8x as much then 1200p. for like €1200.

and there is also eyefinity(AMD) or surround video(nvidia) that support more then 12 screens together. so that can be 12x1920x1080 and that are alot of pixels.

also most cinema's use 4k or more projectors

so it is not completely useless.
