What country is this ad targeting? I live in Australia, where Grolsch is not currently selling due to a switch in import distributors. PS. Are the lids of the swing tops made of porcelain or plastic these days?

It's a pity the label says "Imported from Holland", because it's technically wrong (Groenlo is located in Gelderland, Enschede in Overijssel).

No, they aren't. They are located in The Netherlands. Holland is only the western part of The Netherlands. However, many foreigners (and some Dutch too) assume that "Holland" is the right name for the entire country.
