  • Gordon if you slice down on the wishbone it will end up in the breast you donkey :D

  • It's actually better to just break off the drums and leave them hanging on to the chicken, and remove the breasts before cutting them off. It provides a better stability for when the chicken is on its back, and makes the whole thing alot easier.

  • The waste are already taken off the chicken even before it reaches the supermarket!

  • @Bashnutter i've done it with a bad knife and the bone breaks so easily with almost no force. It doesn't have very thick bones

  • @Bashnutter It's just a sharpened chef's knife. The only place you're cutting bone is the way he deals with the knuckles on the legs; the rest of it is cutting the points where two bones meet, which is just cartilage.
