I believe this dairy farmer is full of shit. He is trying to impress the vegans by telling them that his cows decide if they want to be milked. The new wave of milking system is round the clock milking. Milking goes on continuously throughout the day. The cows get milked every few hours. They have not been known to object. The farmer makes more money.

To mahafakir I Honestly belive he was not trying to impress vegans by saying that, and have you even been on a dairy farm? No. You obiously know fuck all about the dairy industry, yet, as you are anther one of the fucking brain dead vegans you think you know better than everyone else. The fact is, humans eat animals, thats just the way it is. Unfortuantly 'Americans' came up with the Idea of factory farming. I don't see why you vegans don't eat free range and organic food though.

Not true, i have one for over a year and i'm sure the health level has increased. If you don't check your cows ,they don't come the robot. You just fool yourself then.

@janisliepins yes u can we have one and it tells u the health levels of the cows if they have traces of mastitice tells u if there in heat and almost anything u want to no about the cow

The cow at 0:43 the robotic milking farm out here (Canada) All of those cows that dont have high well set teat udders. Get sold Becuase the system doesnt work with them. So back to that cow, What do you do with the cows that dont fit the system?
