I think the face in the middle is the real face because it has emotion (blinking + smiling + etc)

but the face he's carrying is probably his right hand

because his left hand moves alot but his right hand ( the one grabbing the stick) doesnt a lot so he mite just be switching back and forth between teh head and the stick or just moving the head

Something is up with his right hand holding the stick. You can see that when drops the stick, he is obviously controlling the 2nd head with both his hands. As well as when it tries to fly up the first time, as well as out of the box. It's obviously his right arm. I still cant figure out the whole illusion though.

For anyone not knowing how it's done you are stupid really. He is controlling the other face with his right hand until around 5:40 where he takes his right hand back into the sleeve with the pole and just holds the mask.

Wrong. How do you explain the fact that his sleeve is firm and won't move until he puts his arm back in it. That explanation goes against logic.

It's most likely a stringed puppet, at the end the head is moving on it's own, which means there could be another puppeteer up-top.
