This guy really knows what he's talking about - but I think he overdoes it with all of these supplements. Check yourself for candidiasis and food allergies if you have 'bipolar' disorder or 'adhd'..then go from there on what you need.

Girls who get pregnant in the Sea Org are given two options:
a) Abort 'voluntarily' the pregnancy
b) Get fired
If they decide option (b) they will bill you for the full price of all services done while on staff usually $50,000 – $300,000. Their husband will be pressured to divorce them, so that he can remain on staff. Your friends will disconnect from you.
WHY? Kids are a distraction for staff and expensive to the organizations.

You have to have the whole bag in one session. I get through it in about 6-7 mouthfuls, takes no more than a few minutes.
Seees nuts but it's so much simpler and more effective than any alternative I've found.
