My dad revived a bird covered in ants when I was about 6 or 7. I swear I thought he was an angel or something for a while. I looked up to him for that. The bird was just there lifeless, he brushed it off, put it in a bucket and basically nursed it for a few hours, I took a nap... Woke up, the bird was alive and he set it free! I was like, "WOAH!"
