@jamilamullen99 I heard that song at church to and had to find out who it was by...Youtube made that easy. This song is a blessing. So many dont appreciate it because they are brain washed by all the mess of non Christian and even "Christian" music that sound like nothing but the world. The message in this song is clear: God wants it all today, he'll take care of everything else. What I like about this video, is that they sound the same live and professionally recorded.

@waymondsdaughter2 - I truly cannot determine one's love for the Lord. However, the lyrics of this song are priceless. It is the heart of one drawing closer to the Lord. The sanctification process is very real and precious. One who gets closer to the Lord, stops a lot of their fleshly ways. What a message!
If one dislikes the song based on how it is sung...ok. I won't harp on that...my point was the message of the song. To hear this and not respond, I do question one's walk with Jesus.

@4evernivea - true. I can also say the same. HOWEVER - this song is not about showing off, talents or vain glory. Can't you see the motive to purely place the focus on God and His message of salvation? Granted, some of the runs done by the lead could be avoided (cp. to studio version), but if she is 'feeling it', I leave that to God who can only judge the motive behind it. The message of this song, as with many of our classical hymns inspire born agains to the Word - hence, 'like' this song.

@jabjam07 Its a personal preference,although this song may touch you,it may not touch everyone.Our God granted us free will,which also includes things we enjoy and dont enjoy.That person who doesnt like this song may enjoy a different style of music.My husband for example doesn't enjoy most female singers he finds them to be whinny,but absolutely loves chiors.Please dont knock people who dont like this song.Thank God that he placed this song in their hearts for you to enjoy.
