  • Yes, this was an unaired "audition pilot" for potential sponsors- which finally appeared on CBS as "TELL IT TO GROUCHO" in January 1962 (without George Fenneman, who was too identified with "YOU BET YOUR LIFE" to appear on this series; he did this as a favor to Groucho and producer John Guedel). However, the new Groucho series lasted only a few months [opposite "DR. KILDARE" and "MY THREE SONS"].
