I've never heard such a load of rubbish.

For starters, PW Botha (pronounced 'Bawter' not 'Both-A') never participated in any negotiations after 1989 - he retired in 1989 - let alone after Mandela was released in 1991. You may also like to know that Botha would never have said anything like that to anyone, let alone Tutu.

What amazes me is how right all those "NO" voters were in 1992! Everything that they predicted is happening. I feel like a fool for trying to convince them to vote "YES". I was wrong and they were right! 100% right!
