  • these are good, I hyper-extended my shoulder while wrestling, wasn't serious, healed quickly, but it happens every now and then. should I be concerned?

the first one seems to give me the most relief of this. I'm going to my physiotherapist soon so hopefully I'll have some answers.

  • @GribMurder The quick healing is a very good sign. I would get it checked out by your physiotherapist as they would make sure the problem doesn't come back. Good luck!

  • This realy worked Thank you :D

  • @xTehFrozen Excellent! Glad that it was helpful. Have a great day!

  • i have a question . my shoulder keeps clickin everytime i put it up or down is that tendonitis ? or wat? thanks

  • @juanjo12el Usually it is due to a biomechanical dysfunction. So problem could srise from a nerve problem (tight/overactive nerves), muscular imbalance (weak or tight), joint (spinal or shoulder) or ligament. Once all this is checked, and you work out what the worst one is then in 95% of shoulder cases it solves the problem .

  • @PainReliefGuru so i should go to the doctor then ?.and do you think i can lift weights? cause i have been doin that the past couple of weeks and just one time it hurt when i was doin lateral raises but not any more

    thank you so much !

  • @juanjo12el I would advise to get it assessed so that you get a professional opinion too. If the pain levels are settling whilst exercising that is a good sign though.

  • Thank you, I wish I had health insurance to fix this nasty skateboard injury :(

  • @civicracax22 goodluck! hope you have recovered from your injury.
