  • This is true I used to smoke weed and I did develop bipolar with psychotic features, I don't have anything against weed for most people it's just fine for me it wasn't. I still wouldn't change anything about my decisions i've made in life and in the long run it ultimately made me a better person.

  • I don't believe it

  • cannabis has proven to be beneficial to people with mental disorders as well.

  • @DeportedAllan If you have cancer, smoke it. However, it causes mental disorders, with long term use.

  • @BarclayAvenue ... you mean 'can' cause mental disorders. not every hard core cannabis smoker develops mental disorders. I know tons of people that smoke tons of cannabis daily for years and years and they have no mental disorders

  • @DeportedAllan ya, like smoking tobacco 'can' cause lung cancer. Not every tobacco smoker yada yada. Like dipping/chewing 'can' cause oral cancer. Like driving drunk each night 'can' cause accidents. Like using Oxycontin 'can' result in addiction. Sleeping on rocks 'can' cause back problems. Smoking cannabis 'can' cause mental problems.

  • it's a very small percentage

  • @DeportedAllan It is TEN PERCENT !!!

  • @BarclayAvenue alot of other things play a key factor in this situation like eating habits, other drug habits, exercising...i know for myself

  • @BarclayAvenue Your evidence is based upon ifs and buts and cannot used as scientific evidence, inhalation of helium causes more hospital admissions per year than cannabis! "It is TEN PERCENT !!!" is purely imaginative! Nobody can say for certain what the true percentage of "cannabis induced mental disorders" is. Hatemongers like yourself are the cause of untold misery to millions that cant get a hold of cannabis through a regulated well controlled manner, stop the propaganda

  • @paulbeswick1985 ROTFL...calling me a hatemonger. Ha ha ha. Studies have shown 1 in 10 people who smoke marijuana long term regularly acquire permanent psychotic. Would you like the scientific study? ..or are you just going to call it propaganda becuase its conclusions are unpleasant for you (Journal, Date, Authors, Title) a huge long term study, thousands of participants tracked for decades.Only subjects with no sign of mental illness were permitted (all subjects were healthy at the start).

  • @BarclayAvenue dude..... thatd be awesome. permastoned :) i wouldnt have to smoke another joint in my life.

  • just another lie developed by the pharmaceutical companies so they can over diagnose and sell more of their drugs. people are nothing more than a cash crop to them

  • experienced hallucinations?! fuck me...I've been smoking the wrong shit. Either that or it's bullshit.

  • I have psychosis . Schizo affective disorder . It's not that marijuana directly caused it , but under the use of pot , it stimulated my thoughts and I myself truggered my psychosis so pot is indirectly responsible for me

  • I smoked weed everyday for a little more than 4 years and last winter was diagnosed with "toxin induced psychosis." They could not determine if it was a result of marijuana use or use of LSD, but I do believe it could have contributed to the deterioration of your brain, and let me tell you it is not worth finding out. I was in a psychiatric hospital for a long time and it took me over a year to fully recover. I had to start my life over again.

  • @sylviaasierra Please paste your same comment "last winter was diagnosed with "toxin induced psychosis." here : /watch?v=Zq-90GrvG-E (please), as it gets thousands of hits from potheads that deny pot can ever have negative effects.

The vid you commented on only has 175 views. Thanks.

  • marijuana doesnt give you hallucinations

  • @romulux7 another pot head in denial

  • Eating paint or drinking alcohol when you're a child isn't good either. Weed is better than half the pharmaceuticals out there. Vote yes on 19 tomorrow!!!
