It automaticly records 60fps, you just have to edit in 60.

What software are you using to edit the video mate? I've found that many of the standard editors, like WMM for instance, won't accept the H.264 format. It's going to be a pain the arse if I cant figure out what software to use when I get the camera.

WMM on Vista accepts H.264 but the best low-budget software out there right now (in my opinion) is Adobe Premiere Elements 6.

I am sorry, I don't get the whole high speed camera stuff.... I looked up this camera and it says 30 FPS. This seems like much more than that lol. X D Are High Speed cameras called HD? And like do you need a special SD card for them? Or.... Does the special SD card make the camera High FPS? I am comfused sorry, I really want a good slow motion, please tell me how and what I need lol. X D = ]

it's 60 fps, hd is high definition, no u just need a regular sd card, and the slow motion all depends on what ep you use

I am really sorry, but what is an EP. This camera looks like it has really nice definition. Are you sure you have to use a regular SD card? Because like I think I saw online where they sell like high speed SD cards or something? Your camera is nice. Are you sure it is the SC-HMX10C? Did you slow down this video to 4X or something? I don't know why, but this camera has a very bad rating like all over the place.

how is the image stabilizer on the camcorder? does it suck cuz its electronic or is it decent enough without a tripod? i have a pretty steady hand so i could be able to deal with it... hah

as you can see i dont really have a steady hand, haha. so i wouldn't really know. plus i use a tripod lik 90% of the time. but i think you would be ok

whats the difference between sc-mx10, and that camera.. and what is the difference between the sc-hmx10c and the sc-hmx10c? and have you heard of the panasonic gs83? what would you recommend over all for skating and skiing?

what i have (the sc-hmx10C) has built in memory..........8GB. hard drive cameras are easier to deal with,since you dont have to capture. but i think they all shoot in HD.

except the panasonic. How much are you willing to spend

The quality almost looks like 1080i until you put it in low light. other than that i'll give it am 8.9
