its a very easy card trick.. he just cuts it until the card goes to the top and does a double lift which showed the 8 of diamonds and if you do what he does afterwards then you will have the trick :)

Basically I am not sure if I am right or not, But from first viewing I see that he does a pinky break when you placed the card back. Then did a double undercut to get the card to the top. Now I think he did a double lift so the card is on top when he places the card into the middle. And then just does some twist to flip the top card. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am a beginner so Just trying to learn by guessing processes.

@firexpurex a pinky break is when you hold part of the deck with the skin on your finger so if you place a card back into a cut deck, you are marking where it is so therefore you can cut the deck again to have the card where you breaked it, to be on top.

it's actually quite easy to perorm once you know what ur supposed to do

irst he uses his little finger to hold in place the place in the deck where you put the card, then he cuts it to put your card on top easily done since he has the deck split where your card is (hidden to us tho) now that nifty 3 pile cut he did, if you follow the top of the deck, put in a different spot, so the top card stays on top. when he shows you the card thats not yours, and he flips over that card, he actually takes two cards leaving your card on the top he then does the rubberband thing.

ok for those who are wondering how to do it,, all you have to do is force the card to the top with a couple cuts. then double lift showing another card. take that card put it in the middle, twist the deck like he did and your card pops out... now how you get the card to the top you would have to ask him,, but its a very nice trick
