God, are the youth of today so ignorant of past film history, they have no clue of the ORIGINAL Planet of the Apes Movies? I'm sure they are not old enough to remember the classic films, but they should know there were 5 spanning the years 1968-1973, the was a tv series and that the movies were social commentaries of the times. The 2001 version is a sci-fi remake with Mark Wahlberg and Helena Bonham Carter. Nothing like the ORIGINALS. This will be it's sequel.
