@dcwhofan She bought and wrapped this package ages ago, richt back when she was still alive. In case anything should ever happen to her, she would have presents for Ephram and Delia during important things in their lifes ;) Oh how would she know she would ever acutally die young tho :(

@Reinaatje she wrote it so early, because she came into the hospital ward once when dr brown was working and met one of his patients who had cancer. the woman he was treating died, but she had a close friendship to the patient. Ephram's mom then found out that the woman who died had three children with no mother now. So because Ephram's mom realised that she could die anytime, she wrote the letter so if she unfortunately died before ephram's graduation. Which she did.
