That "slim" tower cooler there looks like a good competitor (and will probably best the) Hyper 212 Plus, which I was considering buying until I saw this one. might have to go stock on my 2500k build until I can buy that.

i got 6 fans from Noctua and i really like the stuff. the only thing that i don't like are the rubber screw mounting systems. they really suck! they break too easily and the desing sucks.

@000Nagby000 Oh yeah? Have you ever put your ear up to Thermalright's 140mm stealth fan or Noctua's 120/140mm fans as used on the NHD14? You can't hear them. Lots of companies make silent fans. Furthermore, many dirt cheap fans, including some $6 scythe fans can be made inaudible by running them on a resistor or via PWM at about 80% of full power.

You're a perfect target for marketing my friend. I have a "Be Faster" brand 2600XT video card. Do you want it? I swear it'll smoke a 6970.

You buy a heatsink for its performance. People are getting a little too ogle happy. A PC is not for 'looking at' as much as it is for using. I will use a vomit yellow cooler that gives me a 5 degree improvement over a nice black cooler.

@000Nagby000 You can NOT back that up, and you know it. Inferior to D14 by nearly 10 degrees celsius. More in certain conditions.

D14 still can not be beaten. Matched by Thermaltake Silver Arrow, and in some cases, Archon, but not bested.

Go look at the actual numbers. Bequiet does not make a product that has the D14's thermal dissipation.
