The stain is called Sedona Red 222 by Minwax. In my videos it looks more brown than red due to the dim lighting. In the daylight you see much more red. One thing to note is the color will look different depending on what type of wood you use. This stain looks great on oak because of its dark prevalent wood grain (has a brownish red look). On pine however, it looks much more red (too much for my liking).
@SteoLAmanda...Thanks for the Good Luck wishes...I definitely need them...lol. At first glance the thought of setting up my system properly seemed a little overwhelming. I decided to slow down, take my time and focus on one step at a time. It's taking longer but I feel my system (and myself) will benefit in the end. Great to hear from you.
Hello moneymarkj, It's taking longer than I thought but I'm really trying to do everything I can to set this system up right the first time. Thanks for the positive comments and I will definitely contact you if I have any questions come up (which I'm sure I will)
Hey NYCMarineFish, The marineland 65 gallon cornerflow tank is 36" x 18" x 24". It weighs about 90 pounds empty and all the glass is non-tempered. Hope this info helps. Thanks for the comment.
