@JohnZoidberg1417 High Rock, the capital of the weird in Tamriel. I say just put it down to the Bretons having a penchant for magic, so they tend to be the mad wizard types, even if they're not explicitly studying magic. It's just in their blood!
By now my head is moving along with the camera movement/dance Gallant does everytime he enters a shop. Hopefully nobody walks in while I'm doing it...

And yeah, my handling of the map gets better with time. At this point, I still thought that the number indicated hours, not days, so I didn't really care :-)
