  • $1600? You could get a couple Kimber Solos for that kind of money. Besides, isn't a Rolls Royce a BIG car? I'll stick with my reliable old P-11, thanks.

  • ★★★★★

  • 1100 1600 bucks ... lol

  • a rohrbaugh..never even heard of them...been doing gun research on all the manufactures i can find in the last couple years and this company is not even on the list..so i must assume its a start up op..and if thats correct, they need to cut that price in half or maybe to a third...no one is going to buy a no name 9mm for colt ar money..i call bullshit on this product and its company...90% of people in law enforcement, military, fbi/dea/cia carry a glock or a m9..ive seen some sigs but very few..

  • @smokestakz

they have been around for a long time

  • 1600 bucks and it's got a super long trigger? Ridiculous.

  • sorry but that is compact for a 9mm pistol

  • I'd rather have a Walther PP than this "Rolls Royce".

  • @P226nut

I agree the pps shoots really good for a single stacked 9mm, have you tried the kahr pm9? It's a near the same size and weight of the r9 but it has has a polymer frame, which according to her may make it a toy.

  • @Doc6mm

I like the looks of kahr's guns but I don't care for a DAO trigger I will say that its one of the best DAO triggers I've felt, and yah I love the comment on polymer guns, I'm not a glock fanboy and even I was offended that thinking is strait out of the 1980's. I still can't belive how nice the PPS is for a gun I hadn't heard of two weeks ago, if walther advertised it even a little it would be a hit, I kind of hope they release a PPQ version of the PPS they'd sell a ton of them

  • I understand this is a top notch built ccw pistol but they would sell a lot more to the common man if they were like 6-800

  • That is one impresive gun. I could hide that in my underwear! 6 + 1 is actualy a good size for a gun you can hide in your palm.

  • fuck might as well get a lcp

  • "No tuppa'war" "made in the U.S by Americans" both of these comments made me want to beat my face on the desk. She's basically attacking the glock and saying it is inferior. Somehow I bet a glock 26 is a lot less picky in ammo, and a lot more reliable.

  • Lol i love how bad she was up selling it, It is a nice pistol sure but it is not a frigging luxury car.

  • The specs on this pistol are excellent. I've been comparing all the top manufacturers of sub-compacts and micros and this pistol has the most appealing features for concealed carry. the real test comes from the range. If it can reliably feed and eject various brands of ammo, I will be impressed. That being said, I believe the price is the only problem. In this economy, I have a hard time justifying such an expense for a cc pistol when you can buy a Glock26 for half the price.

  • The Kel-tec PF-9 is lighter, MUCH cheaper, has a larger sight radius, has a rail, and is probably tougher. I think I am going to buy a Kel-Tec instead.

  • @SaintCarnifex

I'd look at the walther PPS before you do, it's a much better built gun all german made and I got mine for $500, It's about the same size as the pf9 but a little heavier, which actually makes it easier to shoot and if you want a bigger grip you can buy extended magazines I sold my pf9 as soon as I got the PPS, you can feel the quality difference and $200 isn't that much considering what a quality gun your getting.

if you do get the Pf-9 practice with it alot!!!!!

  • All metal not plastic Tupperware?? Cause glocks suck?

  • @Doc6mm

yah I loved that comment too, and the every who's any one in the gun industry carries one, I can think about a million people who carry glocks, sigs, and 1911's and I can't think of any on who carries this gun, they over priced it so i doubt anyone will ever carry this gun.

  • she keeps repeating the same thing over and over. and over. and over.

  • Nice little gun, pricey too,,, but being double action only it's just another impractical little piece of shit that it cumbersome and inaccurate. It'll probably pinch the skin on my hand when fired.

If it was like a Glock, or Diamond Back,,,,half cocked and easy to fire in an emergency as well as at the range it it would likely sell real well because of the quality components.

I say..."Thumbs down on the Rohrbaugh"......Walther PPK is a better choice.

  • @jodopeg

If you like glock and the PPK you should try the PPS its basically a flat glock 26 made by walther

  • @P226nut ,,nope,,I like a gun with a hammer.

My daughter turns 21 next month and I bought her a Walther PPK 380 because the recoil is manageable for her,,myself,,,I don't mess with 380, I'm a Browning Hi-Power,,9mm type of guy.

  • @jodopeg

me too I like sigs the best but so far the PPS is the only CCW 9mm I've found that fits me, maybe the new P938 when the newness wears off and they drop in price, they're saying $1100 on it too but sigs are always like that for the first year or so. and yah I don't mess with 380 much either you pay twice as much for a round that half as effective, I could never wrap my head around that, but a PPK in 9mm would be awesome though.

  • @P226nut ,,yeah,,380 seems a bit anemic for me, 9mm makes more sense, but for a petite young lady the 380 is good.

I look for slimness in a gun rather than compactness, too short is not good, my Browning and my S&S model 3904 slide inside my waste nicely ,,,and a double action only auto pistol just seems stupid to me.

  • Her "sales" technique is comical. Too each their own, but my opinion is for that price I would like a bit more. My PF9 is a bit larger yes, but for a quarter the price its a win in my book. The other issues with the guns needing parts replaced after 200 rounds seems a bit strange to me for a $1200 gun. Im no expert but my opinion, even if I could afford one, I wouldn't purchase it.

  • @taurus9mm22

    +1 my thoughts exactly

  • This reminds me of the gun I saw at shot show '11 or '10, that said you can only shoot it a couple of hundred rounds before you need to replace the recoil spring? It was the same price point as well. The rep for the company said you shoot a magazine or two, then just carry it, and once or twice a year you shoot a magazine through it. I don't think they made it.

  • And it's just so darn ugly! That gun makes Glocks look attractive.

  • Her little spiel... And the repetitiveness... I can't stop laughing.

  • So many of you talk about it being too much money. I just think you’re cheap. You’re a bunch of crybabies who can't afford a $1,200 gun. But no one thinks twice about the price of a Kimber. This gun is the lightest 9mm and smallest9mm on the market. It is the same size as the Kel-tec P3AT and only 4 OZ heavier. Capacity is the same as the P3AT. This gun is a real work of art. Go get your Highpoints or get a real job and play with the Big Boys.

  • My glock 19 is more reliable. If its CNC machined, custom hand fitted, that means the tolerances are very tight. Which means no debris can get it the gun. So if you drop it in the mud, you are fucked. Glocks have a little bit looser tolerances which means it can function with grit inside the gun.

  • @PainTrane01 Thank you! You said it perfectly.

  • Why doesn't it have a slide lock? (the ny lady) well our pistol holds 6+1. Why does it have that awful euro mag release? (ny lady) well Our pistol holds 6+1 and all the guys in the industry carry it. Okay.. Well why does it cost so much? (ny lady) well our pistol holds 6+1 and all the big names in the industry carry it. Okay.. What big names? (ny lady) well our pistol holds 6+1 and is like a rolls Royce.

  • i honestly dont see whats so great about it. what does it do that a cheaper just as reliable gun cant do? its not a fashion product, its a weapon. i dont care if everyone who's who carries it.

  • @1cme1 it is the same size and only 4 OZ heavier than a Kel-Tec P3AT and shoots 9mm. Same capacity as the P3AT too. This is the only 9mm this size.

  • @HK45Mark23 right, but i dont wanna spend $1200 on my backup gun. if you really need the highest quality lightest weight 9mm in existence then thats fine but for most people i dont think its really worth the amount of money you're paying for it. you could have another AR for the same price.

  • my edc gun: an ugly, simple, scratched up Makarov. I dont care if it gets scratched, its all steel, it wont break and it cost about 1/10 the price of "that"...

  • Did she seriously say everyone in the industry carries her gun?! I don't know one person in the "industry" that carries that gun. I'd never carry that brick. I'd rather carry a m&p 9c or Glock 19. Even if I was given that gun for free I'd sell it and buy something else.

  • Have a hard time believeing it's better than a Kahr....

I'm sure it's a piece of art, and it is to be respected as such, but functionality wise, if you're slapping this in your pocket to EDC, I think you should opt for something a bit more sane.

  • I'm gonna have to get me one of those! It's a pricey CC pistol but for what you get its definitely something to consider.

  • Also this chick obviously doesn't know anything about popular carry guns if she thinks "all the cool people carry one"

  • I hate that gun. So over hyped. Slippery and HORRIBLE sights on it.

  • I would have started walking as soon as I heard $1100....

  • If someone's gonna spend that much without looking at better options they deserve to get mugged... And for that price go hire a bodyguard if ya have that money lol

  • Telling a gun journalist that the who's who of the industry carry a pistol they're looking at but don't carry... Ouch.

  • Way too expensive.

  • Good lord, $1600? I'll cut that cost by 75% and just live with a very slightly larger firearm, thank you.

  • i would rather carry a 1911 for that price!

  • God, what a thick new yorker accent.

  • mag release like a 200.00 Jennings....nuff said

  • They need a better person at their booth if they want to not look like a joke. That woman CLEARLY knew nothing about firearms or the industry, and made herself and the company look terrible. What a joke.

  • looks awesome. So when I win the lottery, I'll definitely get a couple.

  • That's some straight up gun porn right there... thanks for sharing man!

  • kinda looks like a Sterling...

  • not diggin it at all! I would not pay more then 200 for that hunk of junk! Looks like some Hi point crap!

  • @troyerjt how did you come to that conclusin this is made about 300 times better than a high point and compleaty diffreant operateing mechincs.

  • @REDNECKFURYFTW Ok so to say that it is equal to a hi point was a stretch. It reminds me of the new sig p 224 though. Personally not a fan of double action only. And personally I rather have something like a kahr cm9/pm9. She mentioned that they is no polymer on the firearm... dis like. I want a pocket pal not a pocket pest.... It just looks chunky to me,

  • Idk it doesn't look like a rolls,I'm not convinced it that great to be honest,I'll have to see a review.

  • you may want to fix you're sound, it sounded like she said: "1600.00 Dollars" for that ugly little gun!

  • sorry not start up.....i remember a couple old revolvers they made....

  • i like my dodge a.k.a kel-tec pf9 for concealed carry.

  • Ah god her voice makes me want to jab a screw driver in my ear.

  • @dashady187 her voice makes me want to jab a screw driver in HER ear.

  • wow this is the first time i heard of this company, if this is there pocket pistol how much is a reguler pistol? im still shocked at the price.

  • That cost is retarded for what your getting. Unbelievable.

  • It looks like a piece of shit

  • Eric is a friend of mine, and I still say his shit is expensive.

    Worth it but fucking expensive.

How ever, they are made in NY and the fact that you pissoff a liberal by supporting the business is a great perk.

  • @Jakerem870tac Made in New York? that explains the $1600.00 Price tag....$200.00 to Manufacture the Gun and $1400.00 to Comply with all the Regulations, Fees, Lawyers and Gov B.S.

  • @Silveready1 yup right here on Long Island.

  • This is as bad as Kimber wanting between $1100-$1400 for their new .380. It's time for a reality check in the gun manufacturing buisness.

  • to simple for its price i just i i no

  • so it's a fancier Ruger LC9???

  • This gun is way to expensive when there are other options out there...

  • My God at that price i can buy at least 4 Ruger LCPs

  • @hmiranda71 Or a whole bunch of pf9’s

  • Wow, I wouldn't throw that piece of shit at someone let alone aim it.

  • Good luck trying to sell that thingy for $1,100+. Besides, only old bald men with bad taste buy Rolls Royce :)

  • @LeaveItToBeaner She's definitely loving that bullshit sandwich........well said

  • @vamuse172000 im a bang for your buck kinda guy, with that kind of money, i can buy a glock 26, the glock 17 companion gun, and some good ammo. without having to swap the recoil spring out every 200 rounds like that overpriced hunk of hype and horse shit

  • R u serious screw that

  • R u serious screw that

  • DM9

  • p228 >

  • Ahaha "there's no plastic anywhere, so that means there's no tupperware" I love when people try to make fun of other things with comments that really don't make sense. I get what she is trying to say but failed at it.

And the "Rolls Royce of concealed carry firearms" would have to be a beautiful and classy design, a comment so far off from the appearance of this hand gun

  • Hold up! That bitch got sprinkles?!

  • awkward mag catch. you're missing your slide lock. Whats your prices on extra mags?

  • if someone gave me one, I'd sell it and buy either a Nano, PF9, CM9, or LC9 and a hooker.

  • That's a rip off

  • It's a POS.

  • Step inside my van

  • What's the saying about a fool and his money?

  • Based on the sevice complaints of old Rolls's, I would want to carry my PF 9 as a back up....

  • Funny, but I'd rather have the honda of concealed carry. Something that doesn't cost a fortune, can get scratched without losing my shirt, and will run forever if it's properly maintained (and even if it's full of pocket lint)

  • YEA NO!!!!

  • i think its cool and collectible.

  • LMAO Anybody who's who carries this gun? Seriously, you guys have got to pick someone better to talk about these guns.

  • That price is insane. Who the hell will pay 1100$ for a gun that they're going to beat to shit?

And I'm willing to bet that the Kel-Tec P11 is just as good and doesn't have a much worse trigger (as far as DAOs with true double-strike capability, it doesn't have a bad one IMHO)

  • Worlds lightest 9mm? This bitch is fucking high! The KelTec PF9 is no "Rolls-Royce", but it weighs 12.7 ounces.

  • 6 and 1 in the chamber, and no safety? That sounds like a great idea.

  • @Moshemotom what does the capacity of the gun have to do with not having a safety?

  • @1cme1 I was meaning the one in the chamber aspect of what she was saying is pretty dangerous.

  • Comment removed

  • My Kel Tec P11 is only slightly larger, probably works just as well, and cost me about a quarter the price of this one.

  • rolls royce of CC ? LOOOOOOOOOOOL!!! first, only have 6 rounds plus one, second the price is just stupid, anyone can buy like 3 used glocks with that money, and certainly 2 NEW glocks!

  • I'm sure it's sweet but I'll take my 11-15 hundred dollars and get something else with some gear or maybe 2. Cool you got her to shoutout.

    Peace

  • Thats a wee bit over the top on the price for a sub compact

  • Yeah she does sound a little like an elitist. I've held one of these before and they are very nicely made and slim and small, but if you can conceal a different gun just as well for less go for it.

  • That's a serious backup weapon for serious buyers. That thing better feed hollow points on a full mag like butter for that price lol.

  • Nice gun, like to have one, BUT, pricey-just a little.. lol

  • They say no plastic like that is a good thing.

  • @TheHossUSMC

yah they were proud of the fact it was't plastic or polymer

  • Weather its a rolls royce or a ford of guns as long as it shoots bullets at the bad guys when I draw it and pull the trigger i'm happy. But id rather blow $1500 on an AR or maybe a nice 1911

  • For 1100-1600 She better come with the gun.

  • For 1100-1600 that gun should be gold.

    Not for me thanks.

  • The only problem is that this gun holds "six bullets", how im I gonna fire those bullets if I cant fit 6 full cartridges in that gun???

No matter it's compact if you only put bullets in the magazine, or should I call it a "clip" to stay with the same improfessional vocabulary?

  • 13.5 ounces without the mag.Becomes kind of usless then lol 15 ounces

  • Not only are you paying for all that hand fitting of the various metal parts, but you are also buying into the name as well.

Note how she brought up the 'Rolls Royce' aspect?

  • Good luck selling that.

  • 13.5 ounces for such a tiny gun??! Insanity.

  • Expensive for a gun they expect you to change the recoil spring every 250 rounds.

  • @242atomblack just as costly as the afterservice on a actual rolls royce :P

  • 1100 for that people pay 2500 for 1911's, its a custom gun and is not for everyone.

  • eh.... i'll pass...

  • HEY TOONYYY!!

  • @CTKTMRIDER haha, hey!

  • Rohrbaugh's have NEVER been cheap in price...

  • Expensive and probably a crap gun.

  • I am disgusted.

  • How many times can I hit the like button :)

  • Oh my GOD :) :)

  • Comment removed

  • So, how many rounds does it fire again? Is it double action only? LOL

    Cool stuff.

  • Wow good vid, I wonder what the recoil is like. Thanks

  • if you add another half ounce i could have a kel-tec p-11 thats a 9mm 10+1 and is only 200-220$

  • @poormanprepper Owned one in 9mmn and 380, although they worked, I would never trust my life to those guns not ever and if they where the last guns on planet earth lol.

  • @pac6010 well i carry a little smith m70 in .38 spl, ballistics are about the same as 9mm. kel-tec isent so bad that i wouldent carry. my thing is if i plan on carrying it i put 500 rounds through it and have it looked over fine comb by a gunsmith. i have had a jam in every gun i ever owned and most all are high quality firearms. my stance is what ever it is, shit happens so plan for it.

  • @poormanprepper Ya I mean they aren't bad guns but I would want my .38 snubbie because I know its going to go bang. I had a real problem with the 380 ejecting the magazine at the slightest brush because of a fully loaded mag and it hated hollow points. Just picked up a Ruger SR40c today so we see how that runs for me.

  • @pac6010 most gun designs HATE hollow points. i think the problem is with the hollow points and rarely the gun. if you ever tried using federal hydras with a walther then you will realize that open mouth hollow points suck. my go to round is the hornady critical defence or TAP. a quick youtube search will show some pretty kick ass ballistics gel tests.

  • Awesome gun but for the money right now I'd get a Keltec PF9. Then have a 1000 to buy something else.

  • @Primeda Yeah or buy 5 PF9s and keep the one that works ;]

  • $1100 to $1600??? No thanks...

  • Between $1100 and $1600 for a CC handgun? Excuse me, one moment. *sips glass of water, sprays my computer screen*

  • @KnownSurvivor Sorry, but if you have to concern yourself with the price ... you can't afford it.(I have one ... and you DO get what you pay for.)

  • @dcselwitz its not about the price, its actually a small price to pay for "life security." However that money could clearly be spent on a much better product - small magazine capacity, a horrible magazine catch/release system(yes i have plenty of experience with the design), and a manufacture that is more concerned with social prestige that conveying the reliability of their product. Pick up a compact custom 1911

  • WAY over priced. i dont care who builds it how light it is or how good the quality is thats to much for something like that.

  • I just can't see someone paying so much for a CCW pocket gun when there are so many excellent alternatives for less than a quarter of the price.

  • @Atreid3s You could just trade some of that all important spice melange.

  • Seems a bit conceited about their product. "Anybody who's who carries this pistol."

  • @UmmNotQuiteSureToPut

I agree with this statement. If their product is so great, why have I never heard of them prior to seeing this video?

  • @dillamanjaro Thank You, also if it is so great why does it lack a safety? That's just what I want to carry.

  • good vid
