Thanks! I tried coloring and them blending. I tried applying the color to a palette first and it still smeared the micron pen ink. I am going to try to hold the drawing under a light to dry the ink further and see if that works.
I love your tangles and books. I want to know how to keep the blender pen from smearing the micron pen when I use a blender pen to add color to my tangles.
@klspeer1 I know Tombow recommends applying the color to palette paper and picking up the color with the blender pen. Do you go over the applied color with the clear blender pen? If so that may cause the bleeding.

@klspeer1 You're welcome, I have heard the ink from the pens may need to dry further. Maybe heat set it with a hair dryer or heat gun.
