6th gear is overdrive.. Virtually no torque at that high of a speed..on the 96cc Night Train, ( I own an 2009) on the other hand 5th gear does provide a decient amout of torque..possibly as much as your warrior..

he wasn't in o/d, he downshifted. i've gone against a 1600cc night train back when my warrior was still stock, and he had nothing on me until we hit 180km that's when the night train could pass me cause i have no o/d. But now i can get it going so fast i can't even keep my feet on the pegs. bike + mods im still under the price of a night train lol. Just doesn't make sense to buy one for me. But they do look nice.

You said he was in 6th,, thats O/D on the Night Train.. Either way both are great bikes (Night Train and Warrior) but I like the comfort and looks of the HD's over any other bikes on the market except maybe some of the Indians. IThis is my first cruizer been on sportbikes all my life and really loving the change, much easier to ride too which was a suprise to me... Peace!
