When i played it for the first time even i ended up with BAD ENDING.

Later i played the whole thing, without drinking the SLEG. Now the ending is GOOD. :)

@jpar187 No, you don't need to, I had E'lara drink every vat of sleg throughout the whole game. All you have to do after you beat it is go to the games main menu, go to "adventure" at the starting screen, then on the bottom it will say "(some button) Adventure+" for ps3 its select. Once again, you do NOT need to beat the game with no one drinking sleg, it's just 1 of the 3 endings. Hope this helps!

I've just finished the game. I didn't drink from a single fountain of sleg, which actually made the game much more difficult on those 5 or 6 battles, but at least the ending was worth it. I didn't read anywhere you had different endings, but I had the feeling since the 1st time you're offered that silver crap that it would be better if I didn't touch it. Kids, say no to drugs ehehe. It's nice to see Elara joking again around Caddoc's arachnophobia. Cheers

i got the good ending. i was tempted to drink it to see how powerful the characters get. i gotta say, the bad endings are pretty bad. the good one is alright. cant find the 4th ending where they both drank it.

lol i got the good ending. At first i thought the game was forcing my charcters to act like they had drinken sleg (like it expected you to) but when they looked at the girl and said "we didnt touch the stuff" i was like hell ya thats right my not taking the easy rout payed off for once!

@linkamm1 :D well I played coop and my partner, Elara, wanted to drink. I said: "Don't drink man usually this stuff has an impact on the story and plus look what it did to those wargar", we even had to reload once cos he accidentaly drank while trying to revive me^_^oh and trust me it was tempting we played it on hardcore, we had to realod 10 times in 1 spot..so in the end when Seraphine treats u as if u drank it I said: "But we didn't drink any bitch!", and then the aftermath...just awesome:)

Personally i think this was a good game mechanic.

It could have been fleshed out a little, like if both players drink it and you are online you have to PVP!

Anyway i didn't drink any, i saw what it did to those things and i was having none of it... the fights were rather easy as well ^^

@masterninja95117 you cant drink the sleg in the game at ALL with either elora or the other guy that means not even a little just no sleg and you will get the good ending if you drink even one pool of sleg the ending will be bad hope it helps =)

There are only technically two endings, one where a character drinks sleg, and one where they have not. There is no "battle to the death" ending. Who becomes the host to sleg is dependent on who drank the sleg in the last chapter, basically whoever has the sleg veins will be the one doing the killing.

@kivinwoolford123 The game does hint to the fact that you get addicted to it, and addictions never end well.. even if you can stop, you still (normaly) have that longing for it, and what happens if both players dink it?

I think in order to get the ending you said where they kill each other because they both drainked the sleg is in a online co op game or you can switch back and forth between the two so they both have drainked it.

I just went thought the game first time and didn't drink the sleg. The ending was truly epic and totally worth it. I don't want to spoil it, but I will say that the rat you see in the cut-scenes near the end of the game plays a big part :3

This ending was a let down. I got this one even though i only drank the sleg one out of 10 or more times yet my caddoc is evil from doing one bad thing.

So basically i avoided drinking the sleg the rest of the game for nothing and had many harder then need be encounters. Weak.

@Tragicflaw27 Its throughout I just beat the game, and had the elf chick drink it once towards the end when I had a very hard encounter. But there is sleg all over in the game; so have fun if you decide to play it ;)

@Valkod23 exactly my point! its like working all week and on tuesday you bought the wrong lunch with you so you wont get paid lol if i was told before i drank the sleg it will mess up the ending i wouldnt have done it and i would have rather fought my alli in a last stand battle for a better ending then just to pretty much hear haha you lose! I definately wont play through again so i will just wait till the other endings are up although i recon most people will drink the sleg 1st time round...

@kevinwoolford123 Ya its confirmed, if you never drink of the sleg, then you will instead destroy the death stone, and you both will walk away happy.....except after you leave a rat drinks the sleg and then a pair of wolfs seems ready to eat the rat...guess the cycle will continue. theyre may be some tolerance to drinking the sleg too you might be able to get away with it once or twice, E'lara says that they had only tried it once (even though i never drank any)
