Christina's runs are not attractive, they're annoying. Beyonce's riffs and runs have a purpose, they're beautiful, and perfectly executed. Christina is an AMAZING belter, she has that on Beyonce, but her runs are just that, continuous belting, whereas Beyonce varies notes in a perfect way that accentuates the song to make up for her lack of true belting power (not to say that she has NONE, just not as much as some others)

Beyonce is the product of vocal training which result in proper technique, but Christina is just a natural, raw talent. Love them both and they have fantastic voices.
I'm not much of an expert but i believe that their vocals are different: Beyoncé tends to belt and I think that se has less control of her vibrato. On the other hand Christina controls her vibrato which makes her notes a lil "cleaner"...although i agree that she exagerates (knowing the she can and has proved to have one of the best female vocals in the industry).

Beyonce has a better technique and control but her tone is irritating as hell.. for example from 1:20 ---> it's just annoying. Christina has amazing tone you can't have even if you train 24/7. I don't care who does better runs.. Christina's music makes me feel something... Beyonce's doesn't and that's the main thing in music. That's why I prefer Aguilera... and she is having a vocal coach now so she will get back better than ever. Also her voice has matured a lot.

I'm not much of an expert but i believe that their vocals are different: Beyoncé tends to belt and I think that se has less control of her vibrato. On the other hand Christina controls her vibrato which makes her notes a lil "cleaner"...although i agree that she exagerates (knowing the she can and has proved to have one of the best female vocals in the industry).

It may be a little rough at times but it has personality and a sound that cant be faked. Beyonce is not known for having an amazing voice.
