Excuse me, if this was all filmed on a Disney stage at Area 51, then how is it this video did not end up on a cutting room floor? pt1gard fails to explain where the Disney stage hands are up in the 'rafters'. If the antenna is actually the fastener for an invisible wire that only flashes above the backpack, then where would the handlers be upstairs while all of this fumbling down was taking place? Were they monkeys, swinging from one rafter to another?
@bjm351, let me remind you that if you call me an "idiot," I don't have to let you participate in comment. The direction of gravity is easily determined by the orientation of tha a-naut. That doesn't require anything but common sense.
idiot! this vid is stupid and full of `what ifs`. And no you cant use google moon to check the slopes cause google moon is just as fake as this shit you dumb sheep! Also its the same slope as whats in every moon vid as they were all shot in the same studios. God some of you are stupid. I bet you all beleive the 5th `official` report ito Roswell as well. You know? the report thats changed so many times in 50 years? Keep beleiving this bullshit you poor souls. One day youl work it out.....
@bjm351 Face it. You're wrong, and your rant screams it.
The camera is significantly tilted, which explains everything that looks weird in this video. There are several such videos from Apollo. LT tilted the frame to about the right angle and it became clear as a bell.
Loved it LunarTuner. Hoax Believers are so challenged that they can't even rotate an image. Pt1Gard is the epitome of one of the stupidest hoaxers I have ever spoken to.
I love when he challenges to debate me, I accept and he runs away. What kind of wimp runs away from a debate with a 15 year old on the Apollo missions???
@ApolloWasReal, I'm open to correction on that note, but listening to the audio, "We'll keep track of that for you, Gene," seemed to suggest it was Cernan who fell & therefore needed to be reminded to dust his camera. At any rate, both these guys were in great shape. thx.
That's an interesting slant (groan) on it. But do we know for sure that they were on the side of a hill. Seems like quite a gradient for the Rover..........? Any way of checking where this was filmed?
@musicbruv " If it was on level ground how do you explain the astro being at an angle?"
I thought this might happen!
I wasn't for a moment suggesting that it was on level ground. I was just wondering whether LT knew for certain that they WERE on a gradient rather than it being a deduction or assumption.
OK - I'm happy he was on a gradient. Good video LT! :-)
You can use various sources to verify the slopes in the Apollo landing sites where the astronauts did their EVAs. One of the tools is Google Moon. You will be surprised to find out the astronauts were quite often working and driving over quite rough terrain.
In addition, cameras often do not reflect real conditions. Same happens with pictures and videos taken in mountains on Earth, which do not show how steep terrain really was.
@eventcone "Any way of checking where this was filmed"
It was filmed at station 6 on the 3rd EVA. There are some great still photos which show the rover on the slope. In particular, you should look at photo AS17-140-21409.
@stbays, Thanks! I'll take that as a complement. I prefer to narrate, but since I did this in about 1/2 hour--totally at work--I figured it was best not to open the mic up with all my colleagues looking on (don't tell anyone!) ;)

LOL Pt1gard is taking after the way hunchbacked did his films in the summer of 2011. Basically just release shit for the hell of it.

pt1gard also makes the same mistake (or deliberate omission) in another of his videos:

I think that was Jack Schmitt, a civilian geologist, not a military man. Otherwise, you're right on the money as usual.

@PETE4REALITY The first time I heard his voice was on his Selene/Kaguya, 3-D imaging video. I thought someone had taken it from a radio show.

@BertieSlack Thanks. That's quite a slope, and kudos to the designers of the Lunar Rover!

@PETE4REALITY With a voice like his, I don't know why he chose all text. Oh well, his choice. Thumbs up anyway.

But what IS hard to believe is that he would fall at all if he is suspended by a wire in order to make his movement more "moon-like."
No doubt he will challenge you to a live debate and then run away.

Rob nailed the problem most hoax believers suffer from. Nothing to add.
I'm featuring your video on my channel.

Oh well, nice video. Love how you tilted the image. I gotta learn how to do that.

Eh... actually, I think it is really hard to imagine ANYTHING for Pt1gard.
Great job LT.
