Don't trust ANYONE who claims they can help you with foreclosure, especially if they charge a front fee. 99.9% of ALL these guys are con men. I just got ripped off by a law firm in Sacremento for $16,000! U.S. Loan auditors.
Especially don't trust ANY attorneys.
If your bank won't talk to you, think they'll talk to a stranger?
The best thing Americans can do right now is just stay in the home. Squat. Resist. Fight back. Can't evict us all!
Great video...Yeah when you can't pay you like to stay under the covers like "you can't see me you will go away!" But you can't. either get the money or look for a lower morgage rate..& please no 2nd morgages.
I can hardly wait to profit with my investment.. Just like the banksters do it. I am purchasing a 2 bedroom/1 bath NEW manufactured home in the front of our large lot. Since we already own our house and land it will be nice to collect and raise the rent each time the cost of living goes up. I am doing this for the money. Not the mercy. I need a slave to pay the property taxes.
This video was posted around the same time that Banks got their fucking bail out. These same fucks ignore the pleas of folks wanting help. Sickening. But thats America for you.
I have read the bible, and at least I have my facts right. Those were his Apostles. He also had disciples who still had homes and jobs and so forth. Also, God said the person who didn't provide for his family was worse than one without faith, so obviously the bible has a bit more of a balanced viewpoint than you're spewing.
Look, I didn't even want to argue this, so think what you will. I just think you're being a bit black and white and not displaying any balance. But whatever.
Jesus also said that the Father knew you needed these things. You can't take one or two scriptures and base your entire life off of them. What would Jesus have done if all his disciples and followers had no homes? Who would have provided him shelter since he had none for himself? Unless you expect everyone to go out and live on the street, though I think that defeats the common sense God gave us, though he apparently missed you.
1. Send the Lender an Affidavit of debt validation.
2. They can't validate it. ....They used your own credit.
3. After 30 days send them a affidavit of default.
4. Send the court house a petition of preliminary Injunction and Order to show cause why a permanent injunction shouldn't be ordered. ....Notarize it (affidavit)
5. Attach an exhibit of defaulted affidavit and 42 USC § 1983 penalties and memorandum of collateral estoppel.
Worst care scenario is NOT losing the house - it's losing all your options. If you can't keep the house, GIVE THE HOUSE BACK TO THE BANK IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE. Then you can still use your damaged but not destroyed credit report to secure a place to rent, and start your life over again.
The problem is getting the banks to talk with you. I found getting an RS lawyer to talk to the banks/mortgage co's much easier and less expensive. Many of the local mortgage brokers and counselors will work with you on reduced paymenst and debt relief. Worst thing you can do is ignore foreclosure and trash the property. Rest assured you will be out quickly if you do not maintain the property. Even if you have very little cash but can prove a steady income you can save your house. Don't give up!
ew years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand;sorry i didnt want that happening to me
Beware. There are plenty of scams for those who seek assistance. The banks will not help you. You need to arm yourself with knowledge. Study the foreclosure laws for your state. Some are much better than others. Also learn about: non-recourse vs. recourse loans, 'purchase money', 'antideficiency laws', and learn about the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act. You don't need to pay to find this information.

There is a difference between focusing on material treasures and trying to keep a roof over your house.
