At first I thought the editing was really original and cool but by half way through the video I just found it annoying and difficult to watch.

A lot of people seem to like it so fair enough but personally I would have liked it more if the movement was easier to follow as a lot of it actually looked really good.

Damn straight this is a unique video. To be honest mate you've got some serious potential as a director because this is quite possibly the most unique parkour video i've ever watched.

I not only found it very entertaining but a brilliant insight into your techniques. Not only are you very smooth but you are also ridiculously confident and i respect that no end.

I found that rolling diagonally didn't hurt enough. Rather than change method and do something slower, I decided to remove my skin, fat, muscle and clothes for rolling.

Yes sir, I roll straight over my spine, and try to smash as many vertebral processes as possible. If it looks like I'm not grinding bone against concrete, it's an optical illusion.
