Bands such as suffocation helped develop that genre by bringing slam breakdowns and grooves into Death Metal. Id just call its Brutal Death metal with more focus on Slams if you know what I mean. So yeah, Slamming Brutal Death metal!

I know they're primarily a slam band, but to say they don't have pornogrind influence is absurd.
