I think if you're going to comment on such a subject, you really must familiarise yourself with what you're talking about. Why do all-female short-lists exist? To help reduce the inequality women have faced for years. Agree with comments on being paid accordingly due to performance, however, the point is this - women AREN'T being paid equally even when they are performing to the same standards as men. Cringeable.
