Cool Idea, I've tryed incorperating Pedal Steel licks into my standart tuned playin, I don't hear banjo when I play but this gives some great Ideas. Thanks for the insperation.
nice playing and groove and original idea to combine banjo licks with slide - try to play some slide licks up the neck to add a little more variation.

No, it's a resonator guitar. It sounds like a banjo because both use resonator cones.
