Arduino blow sensor with piezo to processing

Hey! great video! I've been looking all over the internet for something similar to this for my final project... I am wondering what script are you using to view the waveforms coming to the arduino? I know you're using processing, but which script in particular...

I downloaded your "blow" script but for some reason the circle just goes on without stopping...
