Yes I think you're right. Here in Europe everybody loves Formula 1 but unfortunately lot of people dislike or don't know Nascar. Moreover we don't have oval speedways like you in USA, only road speedways.

But that's changing thanks to former Formula1 drivers like Jacques Villeneuve and Juan Pablo Montoya, who bring NASCAR to european TV.

Personally I hate Formula1 but I love Nascar :)

Personally F1 is too "technology advacned" for its own good. Those cars cost 10-20 million $'s to build. Which is BS. Our "stock cars" 500,000-1 million $'s to build. Which is cheap. NASCAR isn't up on "technology" because 1. its safer 2. Relies on more driver skill and pairity. Any openwheel series is getting too expensive and that is one reason why IRL/CCWS is dieing. NASCAR is going through change and growing. Which i'm for.

In NASCAR everyone is in almost an even playing field, all that is the difference is driver ability.

Yes. There's Ferrari and Mclaren in F1, the other teams ( except Renault sometimes ) don't have access to the win.

I've seen in Nascar the Hendrick team were a little bit like Ferrari end Mclaren in F1 :)

But Nascar is more open than F1, and to my mind that's why it is more interessting. If they would put more road courses I think it could be even better.

The reason why Hendrick won so much is because they did so much testing with the COT and they "cheated". Yes, NASCAR should put more road courses in the schedule. 2 is good but 4 is better.

Cale Yarbrough won three in a row. 1974,1975,1976. He is the ONLY driver to it.

Dale Sr. won 2 in a row on two seperate occasions. Richard Petty, Jeff gordon and someothers have won 2 in a row. But Cale is the only driver to it.

He reason why i say "there is something up with that" is because if Jimmie "cheats" and win the cup. Three in a row is "tainted" to me because he cheated. He has done it 4 times in 6 years.

The driver that purposly wrecked Jimmie was Brain Vickers(who was in the 25 before he left). Jr. was just a victium of circumstances. At 7:10 vid time, IF Vickers takes a hard left, Jimmie is in the fence and Jr. wins the race.

I don't think that wreck was intentional. I think Brian just tried to draft with Jimmie and just got too close. Jimmie should've got over that insident, it was two years ago. So should all of the Jr. fans who haven't. It's hard to compare the two though because they are at different expirience, and drive for different teams. Brian's time will come though.

It'll be a good start if he makes the chase this year. Jr.'s having a good season with Hendrick. None of the Hendrick drivers have set the world on fire but Jr.'s performed the best out of them no doubt. I really don't know how good Brian would be driving the #48, just don't know how he'd get along with Chad Kanus now no doubt Brian is a good driver who should be doing better than what he is right now, you just never know how different it would be if Brian drove the #48.

HMS's best shot at the Cup is with Jr. i feel. Jeff will make the Chase and so will Jimmie. But Jr. will the best shot. And Baby Busch's winning will not last forever. Jr. will win. Not 6 races like DW predicted. But i say 2-4 races Jr. will win. One will be at a plate track.

Jimmie's contract is up in 09, so we'll see. If they get rid of Casey Mears, put Jimmie in the 5 car, and Brian in the 48. If that happens we will se how good Jimmie is in a "throw away car."
