  • @Joshuabrutl good carbs - whole wheat bread, whole wheat bagels, brown rice, brown pasta, sweet potato, most veggies but best carbs you'll prob get are from beans, all kindsa beans bodybuilders favourite are usually kidney beans, hope this helps

  • @AwwYaaWakeUpYa Slow digesting carbs is pretty much anything natural; fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, etc. And fast digesting carbs is anything unnatural (man-made).

    yes you can but it will take much much longer i suggest bulking first and then when you get a certain weight and then start cutting

  • @sergio176g its not bad advice, they're right, once u cut out ur carbs ur body hits the panic button cuz its not getting what it needs, so its starts storing every ounce of fat away to use for a later day and breaks down the muscle tissues to do the job the carbs that its not getting is supposed to

  • @sergio176g WEll that's wrong, and they're probably not just takling about rice, potatoes or pasta, they're talking about veggies aswell, if u cut out all your carbs (incl Veggies) your muscles will burn in hell.

  • @sergio176g You're partially correct. AT FIRST, your body might start taking body fat. It then also starts tearing down your muscles for an energy source.

  • @cod935 Replace the white stuff with brown carbs like they say in the video. I maintain weight of 200lbs, 13% body fat and consider myself the sort of build that 'normal' people (people who don't work out each day) would call an 'athlete' and that's done through lots of interval training to blast fat, weight training to MAINTAIN muscle (don't wanna build), bodyweight training to look toned, and eating brown carbs & low-fat protein foods. Do all that, and like me, you can still even enjoy a beer.

  • @mikey777666 actually you can play around with the amount of fats, out of your daily calorie intake you can go as high as 30% and still be healthy and in the ok zone. But, you do not ever want to go below 10% which is required for joints and hat not. So keep it between 15-30% of your daily caloric intake.
