Bikes do not out stop cars, his lack of a helmet meant he couldn't risk a wreck, and outmaneuvering the cars does no good when you have a helicopter waiting, you can't just drive to a secure area and hide the bike when the copter sees everything.
What the rider did wrong was run in first place but once he did that, immediately getting to a secluded area, parking the bike & using alternate transportation would'vee helped, even if he just rode it into the woods off the highway.

@779LR yeah, if ur going to outrun police u don't top out at 140mph when ur bike can do 200mph, if u r scared to go to it's limit because either ur bike isn't maintained, have the best parts for "racing", and/or u don't have the skill level to be fast enough to get away in a maximum of a few minutes just don't run

I live in GA,and those cops,at least the first two who made the arrest are just a bunch of red-necks which they think that if they got a badge and a gun they rule the world...
I am a rider to and I am not saying that was the smart thing to do,but since he surrendered,why to get all that violent,kick him with the knees in his back,definitely got some other kicks,those cops are covering pretty good,and push him around.I know how they think and do these things but you're no better than the fugitive
