In both 3 and New Vegas, I've had a favorite song to roam the wasteland at night to. This is my favorite for New Vegas. Nothing like walking through the desert with a sky full of stars, and the sultry alto of Peggy Lee's voice giving it some mood.

Happy Times is my favorite in 3 to do that with.

What a voice. I love listening to this woman. This particular song reminds me of the movie. A cowboy movie with Joan Crawford and Sterling Hayden. Bethesda has officially stated that they're planning to make Fallout 4.

I've reviewed most of the soundtracks of Vegas and I have yet to find music from 60s.

Also in Fallout 3, The Ink Spots are a classic example of late 30s music. Maybe Early 40s.

And about 60s music in F4... why not? If you can't imagine, it doesn't mean that it can't actually happen.

@GreenDragonsVEVO According to the canon story of the Fallout Universe, it broke off from ours back in the 50s. And they kept their trends (Hairstyles, Music, Cars, Architecture, etc). So their music would be no newer than our 50's music. Matter of fact, Fallout 3 is actually Fallout 4. Black Isle Studios were developing Fallout 3 earlier than Bethesda, under the code name 'Van Buren'. Sadly, it got cancelled.
