Obama said he would not fire Heitner. In fact he said that if Geitner wanted to resign, he would not allow him to do so.  Sounds like they are pretty intertwined to me.

Removal of the status of the dollar would destroy the United States of America under a mountain of debt in short order. Geitner told the CFR globalists what they wanted to hear, and the people what they wanted to hear. What's so surprising about that? It's been business as usual for decades.
