You would not believe how many fights I get into with lazy fuckwits who just won't walk! If you're not going to walk, then stand to the side and let us pass you! I was once stood behind a fat guy and a woman in front of him with a shopping trolley. I squeezed past, he wanted to fight with me about it. If you walked more, you wouldn't be so fat and you'd be able to get past too and not get upset over someone overtaking you! lol

I don't walk up stairs when there's an escalator because I'm lazy and/or tired.

The idea that getting people to play with the stairs will change their behaviour is flawed. They'll do it until it's no longer interesting or the piano is taken away. Then they'll go back to doing what they did before.

You have to change the thinking as well, not just the physical space. Not sure this does that...

Not unbalanced at all. The statistic was a 66% increase in stair-taking. And some of the 2 minutes showed people taking the escalator even after the piano steps were installed.

But I agree that the novelty would wear off for the folks who live nearby, so the % should go down over time.

It's *still* lots of FUN!!

Before the piano was in place you showed 9 seconds worth of footage with the steps empty. After you had almost 2 minutes worth of the stairs full. A little unbalanced, don't you think? I'm sure even with the piano keys there you had times where the steps were completely empty. You make it seem like everyone and their mother started taking the steps. Not saying more people didn't, just that this is unbalanced to the point of being laughable.
