@rickwilb83 this is the "all motor street" class. not of those cars are actually street cars its what the class is called. stock chassis, 24.5 inch slick, no alcohol or meth, 2150 lbs with driver, 2.7 liter max. he is the first to go 9's under these rules. the other 9 sec cars are way lighter tube chassis with dry sump oiling and alcohol for fuel.
@rickwilb the difference is that Bisi's car is a dedicated race car, this one is supposedly in the "street" class, which is IMO still a pretty far cry from street cars.

@NOSLEEPATALL alot of raceways have bracket racing where you are categorized into different groups. whether it be street legal, race chassis, awd, fwd, rwd, stock, super modified whatever. this race could be a certain bracket where open header is legal.

This car is pretty light if the weight I thought I saw was 2150?? And that was with driver or it least seemed he was on he scale. It's a RACE car that is in a all motor street class. I bet the guts are out and the OEM glass is sealed up. It is one hell of an accomplishment!! I have the same chassis with a k-swap and could only wish to go that fast

I ran 11.1 @ 120mph with a 1.5 60ft time as of 2 weeks ago.Go to my favorites on my channel and find the (slow vs slower camaro) vid . There was no time shown due to the fact the guy I was racing was was getting his car dialed in and did'nt want to show his times..therefore mine were'nt shown either. You can tell from the launch and the 60ft rapage that it was a good time tho...more to follow in another comment.

@ilovechevy1 comparing our cars will never make sense... way too many variables. my car is light, but my motor is small. your car is heavy but the motor is big.. but one thing that is different your car is boosted.. my best 60 foot is 1.64 so me having slicks is irrelavent. if you were NA your street car vs my "race car" would be accurate. their are turbo civics that go 10's with full interior, ac, ps ect.. so go troll their videos lol.
@Twenty47ep3 I got some more variable for you.Since you work on your freinds firebird and GTO's then you might get what I'm saying. I have stock unported 853 heads (the worst of the LS1 heads made) , LS6 intake, a small cam with only 550 lift (big is considerd 600+lift) and 100% stock bottom end.Mid tube headers and high flow cats to boot. Yes I have boost but it's only 6 psi. those 10 second street turbo Hondas u mentioned have 18+ PSI and built engine, and I still make more power

@ilovechevy1 you dont see cars the same color as mine at the track all the time.. it was only offered in 1996 on the hatch back model only. google midori green.. and yes my cars model is a cx. it came with no power windows, no power steering and no AC right from the factory. i have added power windows. and a civic isnt a 30+k sports car from the factory it needs a swap thats a given. im sure you nut all over cars that have ls1 swaps.
@Twenty47ep3 ehh,LS1 swap cars make alot of sine tho. They make 350 (flywheel HP) and about 300 RWHP..a 400 dollar cam and 400 dollar headers with a tune gets you 400 RWHP..then you still have heads, intake, that can get you right around 500 RWHP without so much as touching the bottom end of the motor. They fit in alot of vehicles and alot of tuners do them just cause it's easy power..I physically cant' google midori green, it will simply cause me to be sick for weeks lol
@ilovechevy1 yes it does, for rwd chassis. like i said i wrench on 2 lsx cars. the ws6 went 11.4 with the stock bottom just heads, cam, ls6 intake and et streets 6 speed. the K series honda engines are by far the best 4 cyl fwd engines for NA applications and the boost side support is getting there. check the video i just posted of my friends red hatch. 380whp NA 10.21 in the 1/4. yes its a stripped race car before u even say it lol. same class as the civic in this video

Here Hondas get no respect and they usually come in packs of 6's or so. They get out there and make a bunch of annoying noises ,and the fastest ones I ever see (and I go to the track ALOT) are mid 12's (K20's usually)..watching the B series engines race is like watching paint dry.They get usually get pissed and leave cause they loose

@rickwilb83 this is the "all motor street" class. not of those cars are actually street cars its what the class is called. stock chassis, 24.5 inch slick, no alcohol or meth, 2150 lbs with driver, 2.7 liter max. he is the first to go 9's under these rules. the other 9 sec cars are way lighter tube chassis with dry sump oiling and alcohol for fuel.

This car is pretty light if the weight I thought I saw was 2150?? And that was with driver or it least seemed he was on he scale. It's a RACE car that is in a all motor street class. I bet the guts are out and the OEM glass is sealed up. It is one hell of an accomplishment!! I have the same chassis with a k-swap and could only wish to go that fast

I mean no offence here but you Import guys seems to have a huge missunderstanding of what is considered a street car...half the interior is stripped out of this car and rest assured it has NO A/C other than what you get with the windows let down. It was carried to the track in a car trailer as well as pushed off the trailer and proly has no heater as well. It is no doubt STREET LEGAL but def not a street car. A REAL street car would've driven to the track with the A/C on and the radio jamming!

I ran 11.1 @ 120mph with a 1.5 60ft time as of 2 weeks ago.Go to my favorites on my channel and find the (slow vs slower camaro) vid . There was no time shown due to the fact the guy I was racing was was getting his car dialed in and did'nt want to show his times..therefore mine were'nt shown either. You can tell from the launch and the 60ft rapage that it was a good time tho...more to follow in another comment.

@ilovechevy1 comparing our cars will never make sense... way too many variables. my car is light, but my motor is small. your car is heavy but the motor is big.. but one thing that is different your car is boosted.. my best 60 foot is 1.64 so me having slicks is irrelavent. if you were NA your street car vs my "race car" would be accurate. their are turbo civics that go 10's with full interior, ac, ps ect.. so go troll their videos lol.

@Twenty47ep3 I got some more variable for you.Since you work on your freinds firebird and GTO's then you might get what I'm saying. I have stock unported 853 heads (the worst of the LS1 heads made) , LS6 intake, a small cam with only 550 lift (big is considerd 600+lift) and 100% stock bottom end.Mid tube headers and high flow cats to boot. Yes I have boost but it's only 6 psi. those 10 second street turbo Hondas u mentioned have 18+ PSI and built engine, and I still make more power

@Twenty47ep3Hey did'nt you say earlier that you car did'nt have A/C from the factory?..you mean to tell me a 96 Honda had NO A/C?? seems fishy to me. That color is respected in the Honda world? Seems suffice since I see them at the track all the time running 16's in the quater and Turbo ones running high 13's. I've seen some fast K20's there before but they are an engine swap so not impressive in my eyes. I seen one kid with a white Honda with PINK rims..talk about theft deturrent

@ilovechevy1 you dont see cars the same color as mine at the track all the time.. it was only offered in 1996 on the hatch back model only. google midori green.. and yes my cars model is a cx. it came with no power windows, no power steering and no AC right from the factory. i have added power windows. and a civic isnt a 30+k sports car from the factory it needs a swap thats a given. im sure you nut all over cars that have ls1 swaps.

@Twenty47ep3 ehh,LS1 swap cars make alot of sine tho. They make 350 (flywheel HP) and about 300 RWHP..a 400 dollar cam and 400 dollar headers with a tune gets you 400 RWHP..then you still have heads, intake, that can get you right around 500 RWHP without so much as touching the bottom end of the motor. They fit in alot of vehicles and alot of tuners do them just cause it's easy power..I physically cant' google midori green, it will simply cause me to be sick for weeks lol

@ilovechevy1 yes it does, for rwd chassis. like i said i wrench on 2 lsx cars. the ws6 went 11.4 with the stock bottom just heads, cam, ls6 intake and et streets 6 speed. the K series honda engines are by far the best 4 cyl fwd engines for NA applications and the boost side support is getting there. check the video i just posted of my friends red hatch. 380whp NA 10.21 in the 1/4. yes its a stripped race car before u even say it lol. same class as the civic in this video

@Twenty47ep3 impressive for a 4 cyl I suppose. 380 whp is stout considering the engines size. I bet he had to work that entire engine over to get that power N/A? they are like 200hp stock right?..so he doubled his HP while remaining N/A is pretty cool. Those car's are'nt my bag of chips tho. I honestly see them as fast go carts.I give the muscle car guys at the track the same kinda shit when I beat them with my daily, and they pulled theirs on a trailer and it's gutted with slicks

@Twenty47ep3 I did'nt mean for you to percieve that I see that color green at the track all the time..I just meant Hondas in general. I'm in South GA. Here Hondas get no respect and they usually come in packs of 6's or so. They get out there and make a bunch of annoying noises ,and the fastest ones I ever see (and I go to the track ALOT) are mid 12's (K20's usually)..watching the B series engines race is like watching paint dry.They get usually get pissed and leave cause they loose
