  • This guy ^ (performer) gets it....

  • One of the best interpretations of this beautiful piece. Thanks for the upload!!!

  • Too fast, but stunning technique....

    Wow.

  • @jimmuscomp I think tempo is alright

  • All I can say is: WOW!

  • I think he rushes the phrases too much and the sound is a bit thin (probably the recording)

  • his recording is really something though. much clearer all around. check the "vassiliev: three forest paintings" album

  • definitely think its too rushed. no time to savor.

  • This is in my opinion the best Brouwer Sonata performance I ever seen! Magnificent music!

  • check Ricardo Gallen...

  • This is some of the most amazing music I have ever heard, or seen played. The quality of the music and the performance is stunning.

  • you fool! When you become a genius like him we will allow you all the facial expressions you want. This guy is out of this world tallented... unbelievable performance.

  • Never you mind.. Not a fool perhaps, just a bit misguided..

  • esta bien cabron, tiene tecnica y cerebro, esta muy bien pensada, perfecto trabajo

  • tiene una magnifica interpretacion leo es un genio

  • just WONDERFUL!

  • that is really a great perfomance ...

  • Simply awesome!

  • i guess you have to know Leo Brouwer's music to appreciate it.

  • The guitarist plays very very VERY well - 5/5.

I'm not a big fan of the music though -I think it's terrible - 1/5.

    That's why I didn't rate this video.

I hope to hear this guitarist play some harmonious and melodic music in the future.

  • thats just stupid, sorry

  • i guess you know more than me, and by the way the guitarist is not that great, I've seen better ones playing this piece. Besides, what kind of composers would you refer to as good music?

  • I like Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven.

    For guitar,

my favorite composers are Fernando Sor and Agustin Barrios at the moment.

  • barrios was considered by a lot to be an amateur and not worthy of being called a composer, beside you cant expect people to keep creating music as in the XVII century, music evolves, bach didnt knew things that mozart did and so on, is like comparing chopin wich handel or vivaldi

  • Well, I think Barrios was a great composer for the Classical guitar.

I do believe Barrios was a professional since he went on concert tours,

    composed pieces, and made recordings.

But it doesn't matter anyway because

both amateur and professional can compose great music.

I'm not of the opinion that composing great music is limited to the XVII century.

  • yeah your right but don´t disrespect barrios, he was one of the best and his music stills on the best

  • are you guitarrisT? i cant believe that you cant apreciate the amazing beauty of this kind of pieces, i like barrios but i preffer to play brouwer , and sor? i dont like .....

  • this kind of music is may favourite but barrios was a great composer and because i like this music that doesn´t mean that i don´t like other kinds. And yes i am a guitarist and a musician.

  • wow, this is amazing, great performance !
